Balance Scale

I have the actual balance scale Mr. Rockwell borrowed from my Father to do the painting. Dr. Campbell's scale was black, and Mr Rockwell wanted a white scale. My brother and I loaded it into the back of his car for transport. I used that same scale for years in my own office.
