Identifying a player and place.

The player in blue is the grandfather of a childhood friend of mine, or at least I was told by his family growing up that this was him. His name was Butch Corbett. I'm fairly certain he was photographed with the cover late in his life. As I've been told, this is Mount Anthony Union High Schooll vs Rutland High School at MAU's field in Bennington, vt, also where my childhood friend and I grew up and played football together. I do believe the story is true and that this is Mr. Corbett being portrayed, but I've never been able to find that or any other description about this painting on any site. I hope this helps.
