Could someone please tell me who the model is/was for the "We can do it?" poster?

I had lunch with Mary Keefe (the model for Rosie the Riveter) today for the first time!! She is such a beautiful woman!!

I actually thought she was the model for the "We can do it" poster but I did not ask her. Is she?
As a single mom, the "We can do it" poster, portraying a beautiful woman flexing her arm, gives me such hope and encouragement, if that makes sense.
I feel like Rosie everyday. I do both the woman work in my home AND the man work.
Anyway, could someone tell me if they are the same models?
